We had a wonderful time! The backyard is large and fully fenced so our dogs could run around. The house was adorable and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need! Highly recommend.

I stay here on my annual to and fro visit down south. It’s a great place to stay for me bc I have dogs. The yard is fenced, neighborhood is walkable and it has all the amenities one needs while traveling. Zach is proactive in his communication and instructions about the place are easy to follow. Location is just off the highway by the college, so it’s ideal.

Absolutely loved this place. Zach thought of most everythinga visitor needs. Everything was in good, clean condition. Nice big yard for the pup to play and move chairs in front and back to relax and watch the pup play. I will definitely be back.

Zach’s place is adorable! Perfect location across from a park with a gorgeous view of Fishers Peak. The house is cozy, charming, and beautifully decorated. Zach and Rachel are amazing hosts and went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in. This is my second time staying with them. They have another cute listing, too, so check it out if this one is booked. Both places are great! Looking forward to coming back next time I’m in town.

Zach and Rachel's house is absolutely perfect. We got caught in a snow storm over Raton Pass driving north from Arizona and contacted them through airbnb at 5 at night and they responded quickly and hosted us. Their house is so adorable and comfortable. They have thought of everything. Wonderfully appointed with everything from a b'fast coffee corner and even had dairy-free creamers to dog biscuits and dog bowls! They have bike racks inside too. It was such a cozy spot and I would love to come back during the summer months for some biking. Thank you so much for giving us shelter during the storm. We were so comfortable!

We had an amazing stay and truly felt right at home. Everything was extremely clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The bed was very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. They also provided complimentary coffee and tea, which we really appreciated.
The backyard is huge and perfect for dogs — our pup had the best time running around. The hosts went above and beyond for pet-friendly touches: they provided waste bags, treats, dog balls, and even towels to wipe our dog’s paws, which was so considerate.
The location is also ideal — it’s only about 5 minutes from the highway, making it perfect if you’re passing through Trinidad, but it’s still quiet and you don’t hear any highway noise at all. Plus, there are plenty of great breakfast and coffee spots within a 5-minute drive.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved staying at Zach and Rachel’s! From the moment we walked in, the house felt cozy and peaceful. The attention to detail here was immaculate. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and everything was clean. The huge fenced in backyard with a view was a plus. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in town!

Zach’s place was the perfect spot for us to rest on our way home. It was beautiful, cozy, and easy to get to. An old home with modern amenities while preserving the original charm and characteristics. A wonderful home with a wonderful host who was so accommodating and kind. Would definitely stay again, and would 100% recommend!

Zach and Rachel were wonderful hosts! Their place was as advertised and convenient. We were very comfortable with their clean home and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. They were also super responsive to any questions or requests we had.
Next time we are going through or staying in Trinidad, we will definitely be staying at this house.
